NanoAnalytics GmbH offers a wide range of services in the fields of surface, interface and microdomain analysis. On top of that, the company sells in house developed instruments for specific analytical problems.

Accredited service laboratory

Nanoanalytics was founded in 1999 as an independent testing laboratory and works according to ISO 9001 and is accredited according to ISO 17027. A variety of the most modern analytical tools are available for the processing of different customer problems from a wide range of fields. XPS/ESCA, ToF-SIMS, SEM/EDX, AFM and profilometry are among the employed core techniques. The methods are chosen in consultation with the customer and when needed expanded to more of the available techniques.

Instruments for metrology and analysis

NanoAnalytics has extensive experience in the field of surface analysis and the application oriented problems linked to it. Novel analytical methods and techniques are developed based on this know-how and are brought to the market as user friendly analytical instruments.

NanoAnalytics‘ interdisciplinary team is working on challenges in surface analysis in the most different areas of production, research and development. In order to deliver the optimal result to the customer nanoAnalytics‘ coworkers can rely on their vast experience.
